This Santoku kitchen knife is light and comfortable in the hand with a sleek faceted sculpted wa handle. It is made from 80CRV2 high carbon steel. Fully hand sanded and acid etched finish to give a satin grey effect.
The handle is dyed stabilised burr ash with brass bolster and spacer.
