This petit chefs knife is a small but perfect knife for those detailed jobs round the kitchen. Its made from 80crv2 high carbon steel with an epoxy silver and green handle and brass bolsters.
The blade has a slight distal taper and is very fine in its geometry which aids to very fine and detailed cutting performance. Its handle material being epoxy is perfect for the kitchen as it is totally impervious to moisture which makes it maintenance free. The finish on the blade has been hand sanded and has a forced patina effect to it.
