This perfect petit chefs knife it totally hand forged with an integral bolster and decorative hand filed spine work. stabilised dyed wood for the handle and small brass pins.
The steel is 52100 high carbon steel.
This is a really nice knife for all those detailed jobs in the kitchen, as its very thin spine allows perfect precision cutting. One big advantage to this blade is that the handle material is stabilised with resin so is totally impervious to any moisture which makes it maintenance free.
