This stunning large chopper is made from 80CRV2 high carbon steel. The handle is Olive wood with plain brass pins and a centre mosaic pin.
The finish is Brute de Forge with added texturing to give this knife an extra special look. The blade is hand sanded and also sports a false edge on the spine.
