This gyuto kitchen knife is a unigue peice. It has 3 hamons on the face of the blade which is something you dont see every day. This blade is slightly heavier in its build than traditional blades with a more modern approach in having a slightly thicker spine. though dont be put off as it performs just as well as a razor thin blade. The steel is 26c3 high carbon, has been hand sanded, acid etched and is totally hand forged, The handle which is streamlined and incredibly comfortable in the hand is stabilised dyed maple burr with a brass bolster and faceted shape to it.
